This add-on enables companies accurate reporting of their Income and Expenses according to defined rules and by that enables them to comply with statutory reporting regulations.
The recognition add-on is designed to support a variety of possible recognition rules that can be applied to selected items. The rules are easy to define and apply.
The recognition engine utilizes SAP Business One's built-in functionalities to the maximum. It uses data stored in SAP Business One as a base for its own rules and definitions.
Reports are the core part of the income and expense recognition add-on:
Transactions report - shows a list of transactions to be made in order to derive the recognition into the correct balance.
The report shows a detailed view by document line and allows various filtering.
Recognition State Report - The report shows a list of document lines along with recognition sums and percentage information. The report allows grouping and drill-down by various parameters, by this becoming a strong tool for sales analysis and control.
Journal entries Report - Lists the journals generated into SAP Business One and contain all the information needed to later produce various analyses using SAP Business One's built-in reports.
